Executive leadership can often be a lonely place.  Few people have experienced the pressures of senior leadership portfolios. Steven having been a senior leader for 18 years is passionate about providing support, empowerment, and honest feedback to any executive he works with.

More specifically, Steven can assist with the following:

  • Identifying organizational issues

  • Provide strategic thought leadership.

  • Assist in conflict resolution and develop mediation skills

  • Improve relations with key stakeholders

  • Improve people management and consideration

  • Improve communication that is authentic and inspiring

Steven will work with executive to tailor the coaching that is personal and focused. Coaching can based on request with no set commitments, or through an agreed upon period as deemed necessary by the executive. Meetings may be done via phone, video conferencing, or in person.
